Who we are

Dama Wellness is run by Victoria Creamer and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@damawellness.co.uk.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely, never visible to us).

Programme data: height, weight, steps, workouts, daily habits, mood, sleep, digestion, energy and stress ratings, journal entries you choose to share, messages and weekly check-in answers.

Payment: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Enquiries: details you send through our contact form.

Why we use it

To deliver the coaching programme you signed up for (contract), including tracking your progress, sending reminders you've set and replying to messages.

Some of the information you log (such as weight, sleep and digestion) is health data. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give when creating your account, and only to support your coaching.

We do not sell your data or send you marketing emails without your separate consent.

Who can see it

Only you and your coach (Victoria). Trusted service providers help us run the site — secure hosting and database, email delivery and Stripe for payments — and only process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and programme data while your account is active so you can keep using the lifetime tracker. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records, kept for 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, or object to how we use it. Email hello@damawellness.co.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your chart layout. No advertising or tracking cookies.
